The breakfast had great choices. The staff serving were lovely and helpful.
The noise was a problem. The hotel is next to a busy pub. I could hear loud music and activity clearly throughout the night. The music continued well past midnight.

The breakfast options were generous. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They always went the extra mile. The pub downstairs offered a lively atmosphere with its great staff and excellent restaurant.
The noise from the street was noticeable due to the old windows.

i booked a room with an en-suite bathroom, but upon arrival, i was given a room with a communal bathroom. the tv in the replacement room did not work initially and required repair. there was no sink provided with the tea and coffee facilities.

The location is great. The pub downstairs serves tasty food. the rooms were clean, i was quite happy about that. there were massive screens in the bar where i could watch football.
the noise in the morning wasn't ideal. i could hear barrels being collected. the shared bathroom felt a little too expensive. there were three rooms sharing one toilet and two showers, not very acceptable.

the staff was super kind. rooms were clean and the bed linen was very comfortable. the restaurant downstairs made access to food easy. breakfast was amazing.
